Short Biography
Owen N. Ualat is a Multimedia Designer for the Educational Innovation and Technology Hub at FEU Institute of Technology. He completed his primary education at San Antonio Elementary School. During secondary school, he attended San Francisco High School, where he pursued Information and Communications Technology (ICT) in the Technical-Vocational-Livelihood (TVL) Animation strand and graduated with honors. This achievement earned him a scholarship at FEU Institute of Technology, where he pursued a Bachelor of Science in Entertainment, Multimedia, and Computing with a major in Digital Animation Technology, graduating as a Cum Laude.
