Short Biography
Rheiel John Del Rosario Aspiring Software Engineer Driven by perseverance and a strong desire for continuous improvement. I am committed to becoming a competent and skilled Software Engineer. While I have faced numerous challenges and setbacks, these experiences have only fueled my determination to learn and grow. I embrace opportunities for learning, collaboration, and self-development, and I am always open to feedback to enhance my skills. My journey is one of resilience, and I am motivated to prove my capabilities in software engineering. I have demonstrated strong leadership skills as the Project Manager of my thesis, Captain Ball of my high school volleyball team, and President of the PNW club during high school. These roles have honed my ability to lead by example, encourage teamwork, and manage projects effectively. I believe in fostering collaboration and empowering team members to achieve collective success.
