This year's shift from the traditional HR Re-orientation to a more engaging and intimate HR Roundtable event is a refreshing and innovative approach. By creating a warm, inclusive environment, we are fostering meaningful connections between associates, faculty members, and the HR team. The casual, drop-in format encourages open dialogue and offers a personalized experience, allowing everyone to engage with HR in a more relaxed setting. The addition of an HR corner to discuss service innovations is a fantastic way to keep our community informed and involved in our continuous improvement efforts. This event is a great example of how we can evolve our practices to better serve our people and create a stronger sense of community.
