the seminar is very useful and the speaker is very entertaining.

The whole workshop has an extensive information and instructive business writing process. This enlightens us the process and how to manage well in an office setting specifically when it comes to telephone etiquette and e-mail writing. Hoping to have more workshops for Admin Assistant for better clerical work and passionate support to the whole department.

The session were informative and relevant. It was highly relevant to my professional development relevant to my need.
