Earners of this certificate have participated in the "Spying the Spectrum", which was a dynamic one-day hackathon event primarily targeting computing and engineering students. Facilitated by Dr. Ari Happonen from LUT University (Finland) and Dr. Manuel B. Garcia from FEU Institute of Technology (Philippines), the event delved into the world of Software-Defined Radio (SDR). It offered a hands-on learning experience where students could apply their theoretical knowledge to practical scenarios. Throughout the day, participants engaged in interactive sessions to understand the basics and advanced aspects of SDR, followed by a collaborative exercise. This activity was designed to simulate real-world problems, encouraging students to work in teams, brainstorm, and implement innovative solutions using SDR technology.
