Jasmine Claire G. Melgar, born on June 2, 2005, is an accomplished student leader known for her dedication and excellence. Throughout her academic journey, she has consistently been an honor student from grade 1 to grade 12, earning recognition as the best in declamation and receiving a leadership award. In 2022, she served as the Student Council President and has been actively involved in various committees, including the SCB and CCL junior officer roles. In 2023, Jasmine further delved into civic engagement by working in the House of Representatives, showcasing her commitment to leadership and community service
