Greetings! I am Denver Raphael Santiago, a dedicated 4th-year student pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with a specialization in Service Management and Business Analytics. Currently enrolled at FEU Institute of Technology, my academic journey has been a dynamic exploration of IT service strategies and the transformative power of business analytics. As a 4th-year student, I am enthusiastic about the upcoming challenges and opportunities to further develop my expertise in IT service management and business analytics.
