Ms. Patricia Visda and Mr. Jim Merino topics were highly useful and relevant to me because Ms. Patricia Visda was enjoyable, I learned from her that we should enjoy and treat our internship like a real job, rather than just completing the working hours. We should also develop connections and be approachable with our mentors and coworkers, learn from our mistakes, seek feedback often, and much more. While Mr. Jim Merino discussion was equally fascinating, I learned from him that developing soft skills like communication, collaboration, time management, and so on makes our internship more effective and level up our employability. Overall, their topic was useful, and I can apply what I learned from the speakers during and after my internship.
