The Startup Mindsets Information Session was a motivating event that pushed FEU Tech students to think creatively. Drawing on The Startup Mindsets Book, it emphasized creativity and problem-solving skills, urging everyone to transform ideas into tangible effect, take the first step toward launching their own business, make life decisions, and not be scared to take chances.

I believe that the seminar is all about acting on what you don't know and learning from failure. For my own life, this is about being proactive in starting new endeavors, approaching challenges head-on, and focusing on solutions rather than dwelling on problems. Professionally, I believe that this mindset is what generates innovation in problem-solving and ongoing improvement. In my view, adopting this mindset leads to personal growth, greater workplace effectiveness, and a culture in which learning from failure eventually leads to long-term success.
