About this event
"Kumustahan" activity is a casual, check-in session designed to foster connection and create a safe space for participants to share their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Rooted in the Filipino term "kumusta," meaning "how are you?" the activity encourages openness and empathy within the group. Typically, it begins with an introduction, where participants are invited to share updates or respond to simple prompts, like "How are you feeling today?" or "What’s been on your mind recently?"
This activity encourages students to reach out, talk, recognize, and acknowledge the help and assistance that the Guidance and Counseling Office offers.
