The municipality of Brooke's Point in Palawan is tackling solid waste concerns. Manual waste collection logbooks constitute a significant issue. This approach causes data inaccuracies, record loss, human errors, and challenges reporting waste results to the Environment Management Bureau (EMB). Due to manual processes, the municipality's data collection, analysis, and statistical reports need to be revised. To solve the problem, the researchers developed a Solid Waste Management System (SWMS) titled “e-Kolekta: Solid Waste Management System (SWMS), A Sustaining Brooke's Point Palawan Solid Waste Department (SWD) Operations for Waste Analysis.” Implementing SWMS lets the municipality efficiently track waste sources and improve the submission of documentation to the EMB. The system provides valuable data and ideas for environmental and natural resource issues, ensuring accurate reporting and efficient, sustainable operations. Using time series forecasting, k-means clustering, and descriptive analytics within the system reduces human error, enhancing the data's accuracy. Moreover, the system safeguards against data loss by preserving information in a database in a secure manner. The researchers performed alpha and beta testing in Brooke's Point to evaluate the system's performance. The researchers collected the data from a purposely selected group of significant participants involved in the e-Kolekta project. The e-Kolekta SWMS was evaluated by four user groups: system administrators, employees, barangay administrators, and end-users. The system received positive feedback, with a weighted mean score of 3.92 from system administrators, 4.00 from employees, 4.00 from barangay administrators, and 4.00 from end-users. This collective agreement among the user groups highlights the feasibility and environmental friendliness of e-Kolekta as a waste analysis solution for the SWD operations in Brooke's Point, Palawan. The system's effectiveness is further supported by its favora...

The Philippines has both private and health care facilities, and as far as better health is central to human happiness and well-being [12]. It also makes an important contribution to economic progress, as healthy populations live longer and happier, are more productive, and save more lives [5]. Amongst factors that influence health status and a country's ability to provide quality health services for its people [15]. The Manila City is one of the established cities in Metro Manila named as the capital of the Philippines. It is situated as the center of everything, with a total population of almost 13.9 million people, a good place for commercial and capital investments since Manila City is near to everything. With the advent of innovation, Philippines climbs in as readiness for technological change; they say that Southeast Asia, the Philippines is the fourth most tech-ready economy [3]. A sound digital ecosystem concept should be applied to preserve a decent approach to improving the health and wellness of each constituent in the City of Manila by ensuring that all Filipinos have access to suitable health care through functional service delivery networks. A crucial first step in ensuring that all Manilenos comprehend the advantages of good health and may refer to the city as "Healthy Manila City" is to involve both the public and private sectors in the city.

Noise pollution from public trains in the metro impacts both children and adults daily, posing a challenge in their daily lives. Noise has an impact on the community’s psychological and physical well-being. The Philippine National Railways trains are an integral component of the daily lives of the city’s passengers. Trains are a popular means of transportation for commuters, as it is the best and only option to travel quickly and get to your destination. Because of the severe traffic circumstances and conditions of land transportation such as jeepneys, private vehicles, and others, Filipino commuters are significant respondents to the study.

Quezon City is highly urbanized, it is both large and vast, covering one-third of the total land area of Metro Manila. It boasts a rapidly growing income and occupation for its population, the city with the most people. With the Philippines situated along the Pacific Ring of Fire and the path of the Typhoon Belt, this makes it susceptible to many natural disasters, not just storms and earthquakes. These disasters include floods, landslides, and volcanic eruptions, sometimes these disasters happen consequently or much worse, altogether. The creation of a disaster management system is vital to aid the people of Quezon City. In this study the researchers have developed an Incident Management System for the Quezon City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office, named AlertQC.
