Short Biography

Rafael Carlos B. Chavez is a dedicated and passionate youth leader and aspiring civil engineer, currently studying for his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at Far Eastern University (FEU) Tech in the Philippines. Born on April 9, 2002, in Marikina and raised in Pasig, Rafael has always had a strong sense of community and a desire to make a difference. His educational journey began at Montessori Integrated School, where he completed grade school, and he later graduated high school from La Salle College Antipolo. These formative years instilled in him a sense of responsibility and a drive to excel, both academically and socially. As a youth public leader, Rafael has taken on numerous initiatives to uplift and support communities from diverse backgrounds. His leadership is fueled by a commitment to inclusivity, service, and empowerment. Through his work, he seeks to bridge socioeconomic gaps and inspire others to contribute positively to society.
